Who We Are Looking For
We are not looking for someone who specialises in one narrow tool. We need people who think in systems.
The right person understands that AI and automation are not separate things — they work together. You are comfortable picking up a business problem, figuring out how to solve it with a combination of AI agents and automation workflows, and actually building it. You do not need everything handed to you.
You probably describe yourself as a builder. You have worked on real projects — not just tutorials. You know what breaks in production and how to fix it. You are comfortable with ambiguity and can move fast without losing quality.
Technically, you are solid across:
- Claude API — prompting, tool use, agent design, structured outputs
- Automation platforms — n8n, Power Automate, Make, or similar; you pick up new ones quickly
- REST APIs — you know how to connect platforms that were not designed to talk to each other
- Prompt engineering — not just writing prompts, but designing systems that produce consistent, usable results
Beyond the tools, you understand business context:
- You can look at a marketing, sales, or operations workflow and immediately see what should be automated
- You do not need a detailed spec to get started — you can ask the right questions and fill in the gaps
- You care about output quality, not just whether the workflow runs
You would be a strong fit if you have:
- Built at least a few end-to-end AI automation systems for real clients or employers
- Experience working across more than one business function — not just marketing, not just ops
- A track record of figuring things out — new tools, new APIs, new problems
- Good communication — you explain technical things clearly to non-technical people
